Tasks:
Organization and implementation of on-site installation and coordination with customers.
Installation and commissioning of production lines for the processing of both traditional and digital printed products, including existing data and process management systems.
Education and training of operational staff and production support.
Carrying out interventions, inspections, training and overhauls in Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (Benelux) and Europe (mechanical, electrical, network).
Assistance, inspection and maintenance activities.
Preparation of spare parts and labor list for preventive maintenance (post inspection).
Emergency and on-call service.
Requirements:
Basic training in mechanical and electrical/electronic fields (automation technician, polymechanic, mechanic of machines for the graphics industry).
Assembly experience in machine and plant construction.
Strong customer orientation and good communication skills.
Use of PC (MS Office) and smartphone applications.
Good ability to communicate in English. (Dutch language desirable but not required)
Enthusiasm, flexibility, independence.
Communicativeness and pleasure in dealing with customers of different cultures.
